The founder of Favorite Homes, Nima Nafisiyazdi, started his journey in construction industry 25 years ago. He worked as a architectural and structural drafter in a consultant company.
Afterwards, he worked as an estimator and then moved forward to a project manager position. He then established his own general contractor company and built 11 residential building projects of four and five-storey buildings Which included 70 residential units during 11 years. He has two Civil Engineering Technology Diplomas from his home country and Canada. With his educational background and progressive work experience, he has an excellent insight about renovation procedure.
